Terms of service

Our aim is to bring this amazing community together, to create a quality experience for all. We know how important cultural fit is between team and host, so our whole model is built on carefully curating and connecting customers and suppliers directly, to agree a scope of work and fee.

We charge 10% commission on this agreed fee, which is half the industry standard - saving you money.

Not only that, we estimate we save you £10k worth of business hours spent by identifying you team-relevant and time-relevant recommendations. Not to mention the focus on ROI for your team and business.

You can expect suppliers to get back to you within half a day.

    ‣ We curate suppliers based on alignment with the WorkTripp values. If you have any poor experiences please contact us at hello@worktripp.com. We put in a great deal of effort into building the WorkTripp community to offer added value to all. If we notice a continual pattern of in-platform communication drop-off and suspect disintermediation of supplier and customer we reserve the right to ask suppliers and/or customers to leave the platform.

    ‣ We are aware that bringing a facilitator, coach and inspiring speaker to your offsite requires a personal connection. As such, we enable 30-minute discovery call with favourited facilitators, coaches and inspiring speakers. If you do not want to proceed with that facilitator, coach or speaker, you can go back to search.

    ‣ If you do want to proceed with that facilitator, coach or speaker you can book and you card will be pre-authorised and payment held with our third party payment gateway provider, Stripe. We ask that no commercial messaging is sent to customers outside of the remit of the WorkTripp offsite. If you experience anything of this kind please do contact us.

  • ‣ We understand that events evolve and change over time, people get added, or new facilitators or services may need to be brought in. As such, we allow in-platform communication with suppliers once you have selected their services.

    ‣ All relevant goal setting, venue and supplier information will be aggregated and shared to all service providers to allow parity of access to information and to understand the needs, timings, scope and expectations of you as customer. You can edit what you share.

    ‣ Once an agreed service and price has been set, this is transparent and communicable to suppliers, customers and WorkTripp. As part of our efficacy programme, we send a survey to you as clients to gain insights into goals and impact to improve our service and your experience.

  • ‣ A recent Fan and Fuel survey showed that 92% of consumers would hesitate to buy a product with no reviews. Reviews are really important to WorkTripp, and help to build the trust that is really important to our whole community.

    ‣ We will invite customers to review our suppliers and WorkTripp. We will endeavour to support the improvement of listings within WorkTripp, but may have to remove consistently poorly rated listings if there is no improvement.

    ‣ Queries on reviews approach can be sent to hello@worktripp.com.
